I had to move our family this year after I lost our house in foreclosure. After some health problems with my son there were no other options. We sold most of our clothes, furniture and even toys in a garage sale in July, and that included Christmas decorations. It wasn’t going to fit in our new apartment anyway.

My kids were so great about it. The didn’t cry or complain one bit.

Somehow I’m going to make this a good Christmas. With just a couple hundred bucks I could get a tree, a few gifts and maybe take them on a drive up the coast for a day or two.
