I wouldn’t let anything go wrong. I’ve always been worried about those things that are only a once in a lifetime event. And I planned on making my proposal a once in a lifetime event. I guess it could be one of those things you do more than once. That is if you are willing to get a divorce. I’m not. I don’t know what I’d do without Jessica. That’s why I’m so glad she said yes.

But at the time I didn’t have enough money to buy a ring for her. I hadn’t gotten a full time job at the place I’d been working. I was still working part time for part time pay. So I was just making it on the money I had. I didn’t have any credit so I couldn’t get what I wanted to. I wanted to get the perfect ring for her and it looked like all I would be able to get her was a ring pop.
