I am a high school mathematics tutor here in Los Angeles and I have students from various places, such as Universal City, Temple City, Alhambra, Inglewood, Lynwood, Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena. However, what I would like to point out here is that the mathematics of personal finance is quite simple but it is sometimes very difficult to implement.

Even though I am still single and budgeting should have been a simple task for me, I have sometimes experienced those occasions when I have run out of money. Last month, I received a phone call from my mother begging me to help my father who is no longer employed and who has been hospitalized. Naturally, I sent them the money without any second thought. But a little while later, I realized how big a dent this had made on my budget because I no longer had enough funds to pay my mortgage. With foreclosure news all around me, I resolved to find a way to get the required money.

My friends tried to help me but there was not much they could do. No one seemed to be immune from the recession. It was the parents of one of my students who advised me to take out a Los Angeles car title loan. She even let me apply online using here computer. The same day, I went to the title loan store and presented the required papers. A little while later, I was holding the much needed funds in my hands. I now believe that auto title loans are convenient solutions for temporary financial problems.
